At Comillar Foods, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of food and grocery items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.

đŸ›ī¸ Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

You may request a return only on the same day or the next day of receiving your order under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Return Conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • You received a missing item that was charged.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Return requests after the next day of delivery.
  • Products that were used, opened, or consumed.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Items like vegetables, fruits, or frozen goods, unless spoiled upon delivery.

How to Request a Return:

  • Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 24 hours.
  • Provide your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
  • Return must be initiated within 48 hours from delivery.

💸 Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

If the product issue is genuine and meets our policy, we will refund the item after deducting shipping/delivery charges.

If we approve the return, we will process a refund.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase.

đŸ“Ļ Shipping Deductions:

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side (wrong/damaged item).

If the return is not our fault, the refund will exclude shipping costs.

🕒 Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please contact us.

We accept payments through Bangladeshi mobile banking gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Refunds will be sent back to the same account used during the purchase.
